Refund Policy

Every ElegantMac app purchase comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If the apps are not right for you, write to us within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund the full amount. You do not need to justify the decision.

The guarantee applies once per customer, per app. Because every purchase is one-time, there are no renewals to worry about.

• Email support@elegantmac.com from the address on your account.
• Include your receipt number or the email you used at checkout.
• Tell us whether you would like the refund returned to the original payment method.

We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

ElegantMac does not sell subscriptions. You pay once for each app, so there are no renewals and no recurring charges to dispute.

Every app is a single, one-time purchase and follows the same 30-day guarantee.

• A second refund for the same app after a previous guarantee refund.
• Purchases made through a reseller or the Mac App Store, which follow that seller's refund process.
• Custom services or team onboarding work that has already been delivered.
• Fraudulent purchases or accounts that violate our Terms of Service.

Even where an exception applies, write to us. We would rather find a fair solution than hide behind a policy.

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first. We can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. If a chargeback is opened, we may suspend the account while the payment provider investigates, and we will restore it if the dispute is resolved in your favour.
