Uninstallzy License Agreement

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Uninstallzy on Macs that you own or control, for your own use, for the version you bought, and for any updates we choose to make available to you under section 3.

• Copy, sell, rent, lend, sublicense or share Uninstallzy except as section 1 allows.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or modify Uninstallzy, except where the law says you may.
• Remove copyright or ownership notices.
• Use Uninstallzy to remove software you have no right to remove, such as apps on a Mac managed by your employer or school without their permission.

Uninstallzy does not update itself. We may make updates and future versions available to people who have bought Uninstallzy, at no extra cost, and you download them from our website. We don't promise to release updates, and we don't promise that any future version will be free. We may charge for a new major version.

Uninstallzy moves an app you choose to the macOS Trash after you confirm. It does not delete permanently and does not empty the Trash. It does not remove documents, settings, caches or helper files that an app created, and it cannot cancel a subscription or an account you have with an app's maker. You decide which apps to remove. Read the confirmation sheet before you confirm.

Moving an app to Trash may stop software that depends on it from working. Keep backups of anything important. An app you put back from Trash is the same app, but we can't promise it will work as before, for example if its license or settings have changed.

Uninstallzy does not use the network and does not collect your data. See the privacy policy.

Payment is handled by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record, and its buyer terms apply to your purchase. Refunds are described in our refund policy. If we refund your purchase, this license ends.

Uninstallzy is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will meet your needs or work without error. Where the law gives you consumer rights that can't be excluded, they stay in place.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the price you paid for Uninstallzy. Nothing in this agreement limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This agreement ends if you break it, or if we refund your purchase. When it ends, stop using Uninstallzy and delete your copies.

Rethax Corp owns Uninstallzy and everything in it. This agreement gives you a license, not ownership. Mac, macOS and Apple silicon are trademarks of Apple Inc.

This agreement is governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Delhi, India have jurisdiction, except where the law of the place where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

We may update this agreement for future versions. The version that applies to you is the one that was shown when you bought.
