Dodo Payments
Dodo Payments is the legal seller of record for every purchase. It handles payment processing, tax, fraud screening, invoices and refunds. Your card statement may show a Dodo Payments descriptor.

Refunds and disputes
Dodo Payments processes approved refunds to your original method and handles any chargeback or payment dispute.

What we see
Your card stays with Dodo.
We receive the order details needed to deliver and support your purchase: your email, the app, the amount and currency, the payment status, and the licence key. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.
- Prices are shown in USD before checkout. Taxes are added or included as shown by Dodo at checkout.
- Dodo Payments sends the receipt or invoice to the email you enter.
- Business buyers can add a VAT, GST or tax ID at checkout.
- There is no recurring charge, so there is nothing to cancel later.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method through Dodo Payments.
Refunds and cancellations
Every purchase has a 30-day money-back guarantee. There is no subscription, so there is nothing to cancel. If you want a refund, email us and we will arrange it through Dodo Payments.
Security and records
Dodo Payments uses PCI DSS-compliant infrastructure, encryption, fraud screening and 3-D Secure where required. We keep the minimum order record needed for licence delivery, tax and support.
